RM13 progress report

RM13 was recently rescued from a scrap yard in Barnsley and steady progress is being made with the massive task of restoring the bus which had much of the bodywork and interior missing as well as no engine, A-frame or gearbox.

These photographs give some idea of progress achieved by 31^st March 2007.

There has been a great deal in interest in this project and many people who salvaged items from RM13 when it was in Barnsley have decided to return the parts so that they can be used in the restoration. In this picture you can see Rob Duker gratefully receiving the original bonnet handle from David Thrower.

Great to see RM13 back on it’s wheels again!

With the owner’s permission, more pictures will be added as the project continues.
